This aquatic swimming lagoon is the pinnacle of this Southern California home owners association. Booming with children, parents, and happy families alike – having such an appealing water feature like this is what brings communities together while creating moments families will remember for years to come.
This is something we understand as a company, and have an obligation to keep this water feature in top shape or else the local community can suffer come swim season.
Every fall we close the water feature down and prepare the equipment for some downtime. We manage the draining of the water, sand, equipment, and offer repairs where needed. Sometimes removing excess sand and replacing with new fresh sand. Lakefront restoration is a common part of our services aquatic services. Come springtime, we thoroughly comb through the sand for any trash or unwanted objects, prepare the aquatic equipment for heavy use, and refill the water feature back to optimal capacity for the following swim season.
Although this might not seem like a tricky project to handle – items as small as the grade of the landscape / sand can lead to costly issues if not handled correctly + many more items not obvious to the naked eye.
